Megan Gale
Gale was then 18 and was 18 when she won a Perth modelling contest. Gale took part in a modelling contest in Perth when she was of 18. After several years in the business, Gale became famous when she was asked to be the main character in an advertisement campaign of Omnitel which is an Italian telecom company (now Vodafone Italy). She appeared in their advertisements through 2006, and she was selected in 2003 with the Australian Tourist Commission as the face of Australia within Italy.' Gale's cover appearances are Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ as well as Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale has also appeared in editorial pages of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia as well as Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has worked as a model for Italian fashion houses, including Gianfranco Ferre, Genny, Gai Mattiolo as well as runway shows for Mariella Burani and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. (9) Gale also favours many Australian fashion designers, including Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnston, Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. She served as the fashion expert for Australian TV's Logies awards in 2006. Gale quit modeling runways in January 2008 following 15 years. She walked her last catwalk at the David Jones Winter Collection Launch in Sydney within a couple of weeks. Her final outfit she was wearing Wonder Woman's outfit in the Justice League of America movie which was never made. The film was released in March 2011. Gale returned to the runway to close Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival show.
